First commute with my new E-Bike Giant Quick E+
I started in the morning at around 4:20 am. The train station is about 23km away - and I need to get an early one, because normally I start at 6 am in the morning. So, jumped on the bike and hit the road. I tried to use as less battery power as possible but have a average speed of around 30km/h. This way I get the train at 4:59 am - or at least 5:13 am. The strategy is - if there low terrain - I go with ECO Modus, which is the lowest support from the e-motor. With the correct gear - I can hold on flat terrain around 32-35 km/h in average. On hills I use NORMAL support - which is the 2. level in support. With this support I also hold the 30km/h. Today this worked out excellent. Well, from a battery saving perspective. I missed the train at 4:59 am by one minute. So I had some time to take a picture of the station at 5:00 am. Hm. Ok. This is not a nice place to be at this time.
