Today - November day. Everything done. All books read. So - what can we do.  CINEMA - my 7-year boy had the idea of the day :-)   Ok, we live in a small, actually very small town. The cinema is around 15 min. by car. Checked the schedule --- Find Dorie ! Yes ok - we have seen also Find Nemo - so ok. The cinema is not such a big Cinedrom, Xlarge with 10 cinema in one building with big gulp coke and the like. It is small, old, very old one.  You actually can have a glass(!) of wine when you enjoy a film ( Well, not today, it was 4 pm - so now wine at this time ...). Just to get an impression...:  You get the idea. There are only around 10 seats in a row - and there just maybe 15 rows. But - is has flair, although there is no Dolby xyz  surround sound. 

I couldn't go earlier outdoors  - it was already after sunset, grey november - but this one was at the right side of the tree and there were still some light ...

I had birthday and I made a present to myself. I have an old Canon EOS 1000d - which was ok for the last 12 years. However - over time I was thinking about having something new, more powerful, more pixels and lightweight so I can take it with me while trekking or hiking in the mountains.  DA DA .... And actually today early evening I had the time to try something what I wanted to do long time ago.  Night fotography of our nearby highway. First try looks not that bad. I'm fascinated by these night pictures. Especially during the blue hour. Right now I need to wait till it is dark - as there is no blue hour due to very cloudy and greay weather. Anyway - here my first night pics. 

After being political yesterday I enyoy breakfast in the office. 6: 25 am. Cheesecake and Coffee.

Erdogan's AKP party introduced recently a bill, which should , following the opinion of the AKP, protect girls against  sexual assault.  Yeah right. Protect the girls.  Actually - it is protecting the cretin who assaults the female ( or male) victim. The idea  of these enlightened AKP guys is:  When someone rapes a girl - then - he will get amnesty if this guy marries the raped girl. Yes, sure - what else ? I mean, it is crystal clear - that the first thought of a raped person is to marry his / her tormentor. To make sure this sick person gets amnesty and is always around. Yes, makes sense.  HELLLOOOOO ? How completely dumb and inhuman is this ? How can humans even think so insane ? They go way too far. Erdogan and his APK are developing in a direction, which let me have sometimes Deja Vue's of a dark era back in the 30's and 40's of the last century. Starting with having no free press anymore. No opposition. Dumb draft bill...

Ok, today I did my first ride in winter mode. This is - riding in short spandex trousers in the "Chamber of torture" for about 50 minutes my race bike. This is no fun. So I was preparing my self with my laptop, WIFI and headphones. Completely prepared (looking at some youtube videos about bike messengers for motivation) I started pedaling... Some warm up... Getting more warm ...  Ok - right heart rate 😁   And next time I need to figure how to place this video - that you can watch it ....  At the end - around 538 kcal burned. Well this was the last number I have seen, before I dumped the data on my garmin device by not saving the trip. Instead of "Save" I pressed "Discard". I think because my fingers were jittering. The plan is to have these extra 500kcal burned per day by riding, jogging or whatever for about 2 weeks. Then going to around 1000kcal extra per day. Goal is to loose weight and get fit over the winter for snowboard...

Today Home Office. This is kind of dangerous in respect  of healthy food. Christmas season is coming and all around me are the enemies. Here and there and over there....

No no no - no offensive pictures at all. Well. If you find men in spandex bike shorts offensive - then please leave :-).  So - chamber  of torture is my little shelter behind our house and not what you possibly thought. On the other side - for me it is kind of  a torture. It is where my race bike is mounted on a home trainer, that I can train in the winter season.  I'm 47 years old and everything I eat goes directly (!) around the middle part of my body. I read this article the other day at the barber about the fat in, well on or at my belly. Which seems to be dangerous. It is cancer-causing, makes you tired, doesn't look good  and last but not least - it is no sixpack.  So, I'm weighing 91 kg  at 183 cm - which means a BMI of around 27. This is very  - very close to overweight. Therefore I go into the chamber of torture for the winter training ....  Train on  this kind of thing is the most boring thing you can do....

Today  (and all other days in the office) only salad and the soup of the day.  As low  carbos than possible. Stay healthy. 

Fall - so as every year - we grab the leafs of our walnut tree (big one). Need to do this - else the leafs will kill the lawn. Video to big for here - so here is the link to youtube.... VIDEO
