Running 2. 92.3 kg

Today morning - sunny and cold. No breakfast, grabbed running shoes and went for a 6km round. Was better than last time. Average speed a bit better than the run before. So - trending upwards in speed. I want to run 10 times 6km - than increase to 7 km for the next 10 times and so on. Hopefully this rythm is getting me in shape.

Weight today 92.3 kg. Bit more than yesterday. I think it is always a  up and down. Hopefully always more down than up. I started a diet with a protein drink. The plan is to replace 3 meals by this shake for about 6 days. Start today till 08.01.2017. Let's see if this is working and the advertisment is correct  😊



 This is my view when I have reached the point were I return home - and my trail running shoes (ASICS).
